The hotel was in a central location to an Elephant sanctuary. It was also short walk to never had a problem and Thailand and daily night bazaar. The breakfast was delicious and for all tastes; the staff was well-trained.

Rooms with attention to details had a family atmosphere. Had a bidet, a walk-in shower, and bathrobes in the bathroom. The location was particularly good and perfect, in downtown.
The breakfast itself was poor, can be way much better.

My recent stay at Melia was fantastic! I was in Chiang Mai for leisure purposes and stayed at the hotel for a week. The staffs were extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean and beautiful, with all the amenities I needed. The hotel's location was convenient, being near the market, money exchange, and the famous Michelin Guide restaurant, Kiti Panit. It was also within walking distance to the Tha Phae Gate. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was delicious. I had a great experience at Melia and would definitely recommend it.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.
